What We Do
Practical support when governance, risk and leadership pressure collide.
Redline Advisers provides hands-on governance, crisis turnaround, and assurance support to boards and leadership teams in regulated, high-value organisations. We work at the point where risk, compliance, and operational reality meet — and where the usual playbooks have stopped working.
Facing a problem?
Whether it’s a stalled security or ISO programme, an emerging insider threat, or a governance gap that’s become a board-level concern — we step in, assess the reality, and put a practical plan in place to resolve it.
-
When governance has drifted, accountability is unclear, or a crisis has exposed structural weaknesses — we stabilise the situation and rebuild from the inside out.
Outcomes:
Board-level clarity on the real state of risk and governance
A stabilisation plan with clear owners, actions, and timelines
Governance structures that hold under pressure, not just on paper
Typical triggers:
Board pressure following a near-miss or incident.
Leadership change or merger with inherited risk.
Regulatory scrutiny that exposed gaps no one was tracking.
-
ISO 27001 programmes stall for predictable reasons: wrong scope, absent ownership, consultant dependency, or a plan that doesn’t reflect operational reality. We reset the programme and Get onto and keep It on the green line.
Outcomes:
A realistic plan to certification, built around your actual operations
Process and evidence that satisfies the auditor and serves the business
Internal capability so you’re not dependent on external consultants to maintain it
Typical triggers:
Failed or at-risk audit.
Previous consultant left gaps.
Client or contract requirement with a hard deadline.
Certification that was achieved but has drifted out of compliance.
-
Insider threats rarely announce themselves. Data walks out quietly, trust erodes slowly, and by the time it becomes visible the damage is done. We help organisations identify exposure, contain risk, and put controls in place — discreetly.
Outcomes:
A clear picture of where insider risk actually sits in the organisation
Practical controls, culture shifts, and pathways that reduce misuse and leakage
Investigation support that is thorough, defensible, and handled with discretion
Typical triggers:
Suspected data leakage or IP theft.
Bad leaver situation.
Problem employees, M&A due diligence that uncovered concerns.
Regulatory enquiry requiring an internal investigation.

FAQs
How quickly can you mobilise?
1
Most engagements begin within days of the initial briefing. For urgent situations, we can be operational within hours.
Is everything confidential?
2
Yes. Discretion is foundational to how we work. NDAs are standard, and all engagement details remain confidential.
Do you work on-site or remotely?
3
Both. Most work is delivered remotely, with selective on-site presence when the situation requires it. We’re UK and EU based, but can and do work anywhere.
What size of organisation do you work with?
4
Typically £10m+ turnover, in sectors where IP, data, or regulatory compliance are material to enterprise value. That said, if the problem fits, we’re open to a conversation.
Not sure which applies? Start with a briefing.
A 30-minute executive briefing is the first step for every engagement. It’s confidential, direct, and designed to give you clarity — whether or not we end up working together.
