The Redline Model

Redline:a practical framework for moving from risk to resilience.

What Redline is?

The Redline Model is built on AEGIS — our own proprietary structured framework developed from years of real-world investigations, governance programmes, and crisis turnarounds. It’s not a theory. It’s a practical system for getting organisations from where they are to where they need to be.

Three things it does:

• Gives leadership a clear, honest picture of where governance and risk actually stand — not where they hope it stands.

• Identifies the specific pressure points that are pushing the organisation towards the red line.

• Provides a structured pathway to resolve them — with actions, owners, and accountability built in from the start.

How it Works

AEGIS works in three stages

Each builds on the last, and each has clear outputs that leadership can see and act on.

Build a Picture

How it’s Used

The framework structure is consistent and proven but its pace and depth flex to match the reality on the ground. It adapts to the situation.

Because of our framework and its battle tested formular, we have been able to compress the timeframes for our projects, removing crossover, replication and repeated revisions.

Deliverables are agreed up front and constantly monitored.

This means that we are able to supercharge delivery and fix the problem you are experiencing in rapid time, with the minimum of disruption, embarrassment or impact on your business and its reputation.

What does good look like?

An organisation on the greenline looks like this:

  • Leadership has a clear, shared understanding of the risk landscape and acts on it.

  • Governance is owned internally, not outsourced to consultants.

  • Compliance is a byproduct of good operations, not a separate exercise.

  • When pressure arrives, the organisation responds with structure and confidence — not panic.
